What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Train, schedule, and provide leadership to diverse staff
- Maintain a work environment emphasizing teamwork, cooperation, and safety
- Address conflict, facilitate resolution, and model professional relationships
- Work with the Program Manager to maintain finances for each client and manage program budget
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with community and governmental agencies, families, guardians, and agency support staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- One-year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or related field
- Familiar with medication usage and side effects
- Good math, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Good organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to meet agency driving requirements
- Ability to lift over 25 lbs and push or pull in excess of 50 lbs
