      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Train, schedule, and provide leadership to diverse staff within the group home
      - Maintain a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork and safety
      - Monitor staff training, Incident Reports, ISP goals, and other support documents
      - Develop and maintain positive working relationships with community and governmental agencies, families, and agency support staff
      - Assist the Program Manager with financial oversight and budget management for clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field
      - Familiarity with medication usage and side effects
      - Strong leadership and supervisory skills
      - Good organizational and decision-making abilities in response to incidents
      - Ability to lift over 25 lbs and push or pull in excess of 50 lbs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a supervisory role within a residential care setting
      - Additional certifications related to developmental disabilities or healthcare
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to relate effectively with individuals served in a compassionate manner
      - Knowledge of financial management in a care setting
