      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Train, schedule, and provide leadership to diverse staff in a residential group home setting
      - Maintain a work environment that emphasizes teamwork, cooperation, and safety
      - Monitor staff training and support documentation, including Incident Reports and Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
      - Develop and maintain positive relationships with community and governmental agencies, families, and guardians
      - Work with the Program Manager on financial oversight and compliance with the program budget

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field
      - Familiarity with medication usage and side effects
      - Strong leadership and supervisory skills
      - Good verbal and written communication skills
      - Licensed driver with at least two years of driving experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing or supervising staff in a residential care setting
      - Familiarity with licensing reviews and self-assessments in the care industry
      - Ability to lift over 25 lbs and push or pull in excess of 50 lbs
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to make decisions in response to incidents
