- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions in response to incidents as they arise

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related service
- Additional training in developmental disabilities
- Certification in medication administration
