      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Train, schedule, and provide leadership to a diverse staff
      - Maintain a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork, cooperation, and safety
      - Address conflicts and model professional relationships among staff
      - Monitor staff training, incident reports, and support documents
      - Collaborate with the Program Manager to manage program finances and budgets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field
      - Familiarity with medication usage and side effects
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven leadership and supervisory abilities
      - Capability to lift over 25 lbs and push or pull in excess of 50 lbs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with crisis intervention and conflict resolution
      - Background in behavioral support planning and implementation
      - Knowledge of community resources and agency support services
      - Ability to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
