What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Train, schedule, and provide leadership to diverse staff
- Maintain a work environment that emphasizes teamwork, cooperation, and safety
- Monitor staff training, incident reports, ISP goals, and other support documents
- Work with the Program Manager to manage finances for each client and oversee the program budget
- Interact with individuals served in a manner that enhances dignity and empowers personal choice

What is Required (Qualifications):
- One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field
- Familiarity with medication usage and side effects
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to make decisions in response to incidents
- Ability to lift over 25 lbs and push or pull in excess of 50 lbs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a supervisory role within a residential care setting
- Knowledge of community and governmental agency resources
- Strong conflict resolution and relationship-building skills
