What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure physical, emotional, and safety needs of clients are met
- Coordinate daily shift activities and supervise direct care employees
- Make appropriate referrals and communicate with community partners
- Complete necessary forms and documentation, maintain client paperwork
- Ensure compliance with Agency policy and all required regulatory standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Education, or Human Services field preferred
- Three years of experience in human services preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Knowledge of and ability to use personal computers and software utilized by the office
