What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Project Manager in daily operations and task management
- Assist in conducting safety briefings and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Participate in and sometimes lead walk-through surveys for thorough data collection
- Ensure proper photographic documentation of systems and conditions
- Assist in data quality control and verification processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, sciences, IT, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated initiative, strong time management, and basic problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with iPad/iPhone iOS systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain a U.S. Passport
- OSHA-10 Construction Industry Outreach Training or ability to obtain one

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest in pursuing relevant certifications or licenses
- Familiarity with building systems, HVAC, refrigeration, and facility maintenance equipment
- Basic understanding of IoT devices and their deployment
