      The role

      We are currently recruiting of Assistant Project Managers for our consulting division working on projects in the construction built environment.

      What will you do?

      • Assist in the preparation of the project execution plan.
      • Manage client relationship on the current project
      • Help produce project programmes and monitor the project in line with those programmes.
      • Ensure progress of the project by creating forums for the project team and external stakeholders.
      • Attend selected project meetings.
      • Monitor project costs in line with the approved budget.
      • Assist in the management of key project issues to the satisfaction of the client.
      • Maintain risk register.
      • Administer the works contract.
      • Contribute to the preparation of bids, expressions of interest and capability statements.

      You will bring

      • Strong Interpersonal skills including ability to manage client relationships.
      • Ideally experience working as a Assistant Project Manager within the construction built environment. (Desirable)
      • Experience of dealing with customers, clients and contractors.
      • Strong written communication skills.
      • Ideally an industry related degree or equivalent work experience and working towards a professional membership (ICE, CIOB, MAPM, RICS).
