What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer all tenant leases, billing, and collection of tenant receivables
- Generate monthly financial reports for property owners
- Assist Property Manager in the preparation of the annual budget and operating expense escalations
- Conduct routine property inspections and monitor maintenance work orders
- Draft correspondence regarding various property management matters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of experience in the commercial property industry
- Real Estate License
- Experience with Yardi and MRI property management software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic accounting skills and knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
