      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support to Property Managers in maintenance, tenant relations, collections, and reporting
      - Interact with tenants to ensure satisfaction and address their needs
      - Assist with budgets, financial reports, and reconciliation of accounts
      - Track certificates of insurance and manage accounts payables
      - Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional property management service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a commercial property management team
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent organization and time management abilities
      - Experience with property management financials
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Yardi and AP/AR preferred
