      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Property Manager in all aspects of property management, including maintenance, tenant relations, and collections
      - Facilitate effective communication between tenants and building staff to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
      - Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
      - Assist in the preparation of contracts, budget reports, and property improvement plans
      - Ensure compliance with all company processes and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a commercial property management team
      - Advanced oral and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management financials
      - Familiarity with Yardi and accounts payable/receivable preferred
