      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate maintenance programs for the assigned property, ensuring both interior and exterior conditions meet standards
      - Respond promptly to tenant requests and maintain ongoing contact programs to assess tenant needs
      - Participate in vendor negotiations and monitor vendor performance for compliance with service agreements
      - Assist in the administration of the strategic property plan and budget, under the direction of the Property Manager
      - Manage financial records, including accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate and timely operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years previous property/facilities management experience
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce professional materials
      - Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Valid real estate license in states that require it

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in business/office administration
      - Ability to handle property administration in the absence of the Property Manager
      - Familiarity with business-specific software programs
