What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in the commercial property industry
- Real Estate License
- Proficiency in Yardi and MRI property management software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic accounting knowledge and strong organizational skills

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to draft correspondence related to property management matters
- Experience in managing tenant service calls and complaints
