Supporting the relationship teams in the management and monitoring of client portfolios, including documentation and the drawdown process, working with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting clients with a shared responsibility for the development and management of client related activities and helping to retain business
Managing digital tools including Salesforce, nCino and digital onboarding ensuring data integrity is maintained for all client and bank data by adopting a digital mindset
Managing risks adopting the I AM Risk principles, taking proactive personal responsibility for ‘doing the right thing’ in compliance with regulatory requirements and our frameworks and policies
Supporting the bank in meeting its business, regulatory and stakeholder obligations in respect of Financial Crime Compliance
Managing Personal Development, identifying areas of improvement and preparing a personal development plan
Previous experience in a customer facing role in Business, Commercial or Corporate Banking
Demonstrable experience of onboarding new clients to the bank or a Financial Crime background
An understanding of products and services available to support corporate clients
An understanding of the corporate banking sector and the wider economic/business environment
Good organisational skills with the and ability to prioritise workloads
Excellent communication, relationship and interpersonal skills

Joining the team as an Assistant Relationship Manager, you’ll provide support to Relationship Directors and Relationship Managers with their day-to-day management of a portfolio of corporate clients.
You’ll provide support on new business opportunities with existing clients and new to bank prospects, whilst demonstrating a client focussed approach to deliver day to day operational solutions and working collaboratively with other areas of San UK to achieve this.
You’ll be part of a regional team and work collaboratively with colleagues to aid training, development and sharing of best practice.
