As an Assistant Sourcing/Procurement Manager you'll:

      • Play a supporting role in the full life cycle of sourcing Consultancy services from initial strategy, tendering, and contract award through to transition, contract management and termination.

      • Work collaboratively and effectively with supply chain management teams, sourcing support teams and stakeholders to drive optimal value and delivery throughout the end to end sourcing lifecycle.

      • Support the delivery of category strategies and sourcing activities.

      • Provide input to processes and services to ensure they are relevant to the business and deliver maximum value to Lloyds Banking Group.

      What you'll need

      • Demonstrable ability to understand the needs of stakeholders/customers and the drive to achieve above expectation results.

      • Experience of forming and managing strong relationships with a variety of parties.

      • Strong organisational skills

      • Ability to use initiative and work on your own.

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

      • A confident and resilient approach to business problems.

      • Ability to deliver under pressure.

      • Strong desire to learn and ability to absorb information at pace.

And any experience of these would be really useful

      • Experience of working in a sourcing or supplier management environment.
