What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the store team in providing exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers
- Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure execution of customer service programs
- Assist the store manager with staffing the retail sales counter during peak business hours
- Participate in the hiring process, including scheduling and conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates
- Ensure efficient processing of customer returns, exchanges, and merchandise invoicing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Proven ability to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform store opening and closing duties, including cash handling

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Parts Professional Certification
- ASE Certification
- Previous experience in retail or automotive sales
- Experience with team development and training
