      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving individual performance metrics
      - Conduct consistent evaluations of associates’ sales performance and provide constructive feedback
      - Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store cleanliness
      - Manage store inventory accurately, including receiving, transferring, and conducting product counts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a retail or sales environment
      - Proven ability to achieve sales targets while minimizing loss
      - Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
      - Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

      - Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
