What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Inspect homes daily to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to production schedules
- Schedule and walk inspections with inspectors and conduct homeowner orientations
- Assist in managing subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and cost control
- Enforce safety standards and maintain cleanliness at job sites
- Support the construction schedule to deliver high-quality homes on time and within budget

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months to 2 years of related experience
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive to construction sites
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read plans and construction documents and apply common sense understanding

- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college preferred
