      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Superintendent in managing the community job site and subcontractors
      - Conduct daily inspections of homes to ensure quality and compliance with plans
      - Schedule and walk inspections with inspectors, ensuring all standards are met
      - Facilitate homeowner orientations and address any concerns to ensure satisfaction
      - Enforce safety standards and cleanliness on job sites

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - 6 months to 2 years of related experience in construction
      - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between construction sites
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college
      - Experience working effectively in high-pressure situations
      - Familiarity with construction applications on smartphones or tablets
