What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Inspect each home daily to ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with plans and specifications
- Schedule and conduct inspections with relevant inspectors
- Oversee homeowner orientations and ensure satisfaction during walk-throughs
- Manage subcontractors by evaluating their quality, safety, scheduling, and cost control measures
- Enforce site safety programs and maintain cleanliness standards on job sites

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6 months to 2 years of related experience in construction
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel among construction sites
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read construction plans and documents

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college preferred
- Experience working effectively in high-pressure situations
