- Assist the Lead Teacher in providing care for the physical, emotional, and intellectual needs of children
- Support daily activities and routines within the classroom setting

- Communicate effectively with children and staff to support a positive learning atmosphere

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School education or equivalent
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills appropriate to the care of young children
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Education or Child Care
- Minimum of one year of experience working with young children in a licensed childcare facility
- Valid driver's license
