What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the site director with daily office management and administrative tasks
- Manage calendar and travel arrangements for the site director
- Coordinate fundraising operations, including database management and event planning
- Conduct research and support grant writing efforts
- Generate reports and provide logistical support for events and programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in database management and administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and basic computer skills
- Strong writing, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least one year of professional experience in a relevant field
- Knowledge of Access, InDesign, and Raiser’s Edge software
- Bilingual abilities
- Demonstrated belief in the organization's mission and values
