What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in managing day-to-day transportation and disposal operations for the Northeast Region
- Support contract management and compliance with existing and new customers and vendors
- Develop and review daily customer dispatch schedules in collaboration with various managers and customers
- Analyze data and trends to explain disposal and transportation cost drivers and provide performance commentary
- Optimize the utilization of hauling and disposal networks in a dynamic environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the transportation industry, preferably with biosolids, waste, or construction carriers
- College degree in Transportation, Operations Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis
- Knowledge of transportation and OSHA regulations
- Ability to travel to non-employer sites as required
