What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, drive, and execute client-facing projects focused on clinical interventions and health improvement initiatives
- Oversee clinical consulting work streams including mental health audits and leadership training
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify product development opportunities and scalable health solutions
- Support the creation and communication of thought leadership through marketing of new products and tools
- Potentially manage and mentor other team members within the Health Transformation Team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of health industry and/or consulting experience, with at least 2 years in a consulting role
- Must possess clinical credentials with mental health expertise (RN, PA, or NP)
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering new products and offerings
- Strong knowledge of the health market, including plans, case management, and utilization management
- Proven track record of successful consulting approaches and strong people management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a health-related field
- Experience in creating effective marketing strategies for health solutions
- Strong communication skills with a broad understanding of population health approaches for employers
