What is Required (Qualifications):
- DO or MD degree with eligibility for Indiana licensure
- ABR certification or eligibility
- Fellowship training in neuroradiology
- Eligibility for subspecialty CAQ certification in neuroradiology
- Ability to work in a fully remote setting
