What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain configurations and prioritize enhancement activities for existing software applications
- Analyze business problems and work on system enhancements based on priority
- Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for new systems and enhancements
- Assist in creating specifications for systems to meet business requirements
- Perform assigned rotation for on-call duties to ensure business processes function smoothly

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of IT experience in business systems analysis or relevant business unit experience
- Basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements
- Good competency in verbal, written, and presentation communications
- Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
- Knowledge and skill in utilizing SQL for data extraction and reporting
