What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop program strategy and curriculum for coaches in collaboration with the Coaching team
- Lead the strategic development and management of the Teach Program
- Perform in-field coaching duties, observing and evaluating coaches
- Support and assist coaches in developing effective teaching and coaching practices
- Contribute to developing USOPC Coach Education programming and materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in education, coaching, sport performance, or management
- Previous work experience in a National Sports Organization
- Background in sport-based learning practices and people development
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience with Paralympic and/or Olympic sport
- Management of an education department or similar
- Proven successful leadership and teaching skills and experience
- Commitment to the Olympic & Paralympic Ideals
