      Position Overview

      We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant who can support our managers and teams. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks, using your analytical and organizational skills. Good communication abilities are important, as you will interact with colleagues, executives, and clients both in person and remotely.

      Primary Responsibilities As an Administrative Assistant, your main duties will include:

      • Managing managers' schedules and calendars
      • Organizing team meetings and events, including virtual ones
      • Handling confidential materials
      • Writing meeting minutes
      • Planning and arranging international travel, as well as creating expense reports
      • Communicating effectively with executives, their assistants, and internal/external clients
      • Coordinating and completing tasks assigned by managers and teams

      Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have:

      • Good communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments
      • Some experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
      • High school diploma or university degree
      • At least 2 years of administrative experience
      • Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English (both spoken and written)
      • Proficiency in MS Office
      • Familiarity with organizing international travel is beneficial
