      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide service to patients and providers during inbound and outbound phone calls while scheduling appointments
      - Capture customer information and document using messaging system to clinic staff and/or providers
      - Schedule patient appointments in electronic systems, prioritizing health concerns according to urgency
      - Provide information to customers regarding appointment location, process steps, and parking
      - Address patient health concerns in accordance with division guidelines and navigate complex situations effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
      - Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
      - Fundamental understanding of customer service principles and patient scheduling systems
      - Ability to handle calls professionally, demonstrating good manners and appropriate protocols
      - Basic knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in a healthcare setting

      - Experience in a healthcare-related call center or administrative role
      - Familiarity with electronic health record systems
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease
