What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-quality service to customers and manage day-to-day client relationships
- Address coverage issues and assist with endorsements, policy preparation, and renewal control
- Communicate consistently and timely with clients regarding inquiries and service issues
- Design and recommend appropriate insurance plans tailored to client needs
- Monitor client satisfaction and report findings to the Producer of the account

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Current California Department of Insurance License
- 4-7 years of experience in personal insurance
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with agency management systems, such as Applied EPIC, preferred
