What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in closing the books each month, including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and review of income and expense accounts
- Maintain various schedules such as capital projects, inventory, prepaid expenses, and accruals to reconcile with the general ledger
- Calculate inventory cycle count variances and maintain a schedule of variances
- Process daily accounts receivable invoicing and customer credits for returns and discrepancies
- Perform year-end close procedures and assist with year-end audits by providing required information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting
- Experience using ERP software
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with data analysis tools
- Previous experience in financial and cost analysis
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles
