What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor transactions, review alerts, and conduct investigations for compliance
- Write and file suspicious activity reports as necessary
- Organize and support responses to regulatory inquiries and audits
- Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD)
- Manage the Firm’s Identity Theft Prevention Program (ITPP) and assist in compliance reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in FinCrime/AML
- Strong background in transaction monitoring, CDD/EDD, and KYC processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills across global teams and stakeholders
- Proficient in data analysis with strong skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office/Google Suite applications
