What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of experience in banking
- Recruiting experience within a financial institution
- Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines
- Strong knowledge of banking positions and required skills across various job families
- Proficiency in MS Office, web-based recruiting systems, and direct sourcing methods

- Proven sales ability and strong influencing skills
