- Business Requirements and Data Gathering - Engage in data gathering and analysis to identify and articulate business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions and/or ERP systems.
- Project Delivery - Support all stages of project delivery and aid in test case development and support the SIT and UAT processes.
- Stakeholder Management - Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and within the IT organisation.
- System Enhancements - Recommend new modules and system enhancements to support business strategy and goals.
- Solution Reviews - Facilitate solution reviews between the development team and the business.
- Proven experience in an IT Analyst or Business Analyst role, closely working with business functions such as Sales, HR, Supply Chain, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of business operations and IT processes.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- A history of contributing to the successful delivery of IT projects.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and taking on new challenges.

This hybrid role will be based in our Media City, Manchester office with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week. You’ll be contributing individually whilst directly working with stakeholders across Manchester.
You'll get the chance to transform complex business needs into clear IT requirements , actively engaging in the design, development, and implementation phases of technology solutions. All whilst ensuring a seamless business case and development lifecycle process.
