What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in large global healthcare, finance, or real estate organizations
- 5+ years of diversified leadership experience
- Minimum of three years in a client advisory role or leading a real estate strategic function
- Proven ability to manage diverse opinions and stakeholders for successful project outcomes
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP Certification or licensed Architect/Interior Design professional
- FMP or CFM certifications through IFMA
- Experience in operational and contract management in facilities operations
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and project management software
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a relevant field
