What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform standard, moderately complex processing and quality tasks in support of outsourced services
- Serve as an informal resource for team members with less experience
- Review and recommend modifications to procedures and workflow for efficient transaction processing
- Conduct analyses and report findings, including auditing and reconciling reports for accuracy
- Interface with management and clients to resolve issues and provide status updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of fundamental concepts and principles in the medical and/or insurance fields
- Basic reading and analysis skills to evaluate claims and make adjudication decisions
- Basic computer use skills
- Ability to multi-task across multiple claims to work efficiently
- Ability to work independently to meet individual production goals
