What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain relationships with field sales and distributors to identify opportunities at the point of purchase
- Lead and assist in marketing campaigns for independent distributors and collaborate with national distributors and retail partners
- Work with cross-functional teams to ideate and execute channel marketing strategies
- Conduct post-marketing campaign analysis and apply learnings to future programs
- Ensure accurate product information is available on distributor and retail partner websites

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Marketing or business degree required
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand or product management, or shopper marketing
- Knowledge of current marketing channels including in-store signage, e-commerce, and digital marketing
- Ability to create compelling presentations and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Intermediate to advanced skills in PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong preference for experience in the building materials or related field
- Experience with e-commerce data management, product detail pages, and SEO copy
