Primary Accountabilities

• Review and apply coverage, assign services, interpret estimates and adjuster notes, and process payments.
• Demonstrate experience resolving issues and requests by phone, email, and chat, which includes time management, adhering to a schedule and servicing customer claims.
• Handle interactions via inbound calls, outbound calls, and digitally.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities with multiple lines of business across the enterprise.
• Identify and gather necessary information to process claims and achieve our goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal/external customers and business partners.
• Utilize claim systems and other applications necessary to complete job tasks with precision.
• May maintain a claim inventory and may assist the adjusting lines with low-complexity claim inventory.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-focused solutions or service.
• Demonstrated ability to review and apply coverage, assign services, interpret estimates and adjuster notes, and process payments.
• Demonstrated experience handling interactions via inbound calls, outbound calls, and digitally.

In this primarily home-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from home. Candidates must reside within a 80-mile radius of one of the following locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034; Nashville, TN 37214

If you do not reside near one of the offices, you will be asked to relocate (at your expense) prior to your start date if offered the position.

On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
