What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and apply coverage, assign services, interpret estimates, and adjuster notes
- Handle interactions via inbound calls, outbound calls, and digitally
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal/external customers and partners
- Utilize claim systems and other applications necessary to complete job tasks
- Work in a call center environment with a team of 6-8 individuals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-oriented solutions or support
- Experience handling interactions via inbound calls, outbound calls, and digitally
- Must be located proximate to one of the specified locations
- Availability for the shift - 10:40 am until 7:05 pm, local time
- Work that involves sitting/standing
