A day in the life.

As our Associate Claims Specialist on the Claims team, you’ll coordinate and support business insurance claims, including executive liability, professional, and cyber matters. This position will involve claim intake, coordinating complex towers, high-level review of matters, scheduling meetings, providing follow-up and prompt communication, documentation, and filing regarding complex matters. This position will work alongside the claims coordinator and the vice president of management liability and cyber claims. There will also be interactions and triaging of requests with other claims colleagues.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required in related field required.
• Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Prior success and experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management and peers.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service related skills.
• Proficiency in MS office applications required.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $51,300 to $95,600.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
