What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform skip-tracing activities using various tools to locate customer information
- Contact customers via telephone to update missing or incorrect contact details and negotiate payment arrangements
- Review and validate accounts with missing or incorrect information
- Document account information accurately and input data into appropriate systems
- Participate in coaching and development sessions to improve performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of collection or relevant experience
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel
- Strong negotiation, communication, and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task and understand skip tracing techniques

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience with advanced skip tracing tools
- Additional training in negotiation techniques or customer service
