What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform skip-tracing activities using applicable tools to locate customer information
- Contact customers via telephone to update missing or incorrect contact information and negotiate payment arrangements
- Review and validate accounts with missing or incorrect contact information
- Document account information and input data into appropriate systems
- Participate in coaching and development sessions to enhance individual and team performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of collection or relevant experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong listening skills to understand directions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience using various skip tracing tools
