What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and amendments with software reseller and referral partners
- Provide legal advice on risks and suitability of contracts to support company goals
- Verify and update contract templates to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Draft and negotiate vendor agreements, NDAs, and DPAs
- Partner with various teams to ensure effective legal support across the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited school and bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction or equivalent in Canada
- 3-5 years of relevant in-house or law firm experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with technology and software-related concepts, particularly SaaS
