What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Negotiate and draft a wide range of commercial contracts with customers, vendors, and partners
- Assist with claims management and disputes, including litigation and pre-litigation

- Collaborate with HR and operations on employment law issues and compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctorate and Bar licensure (explanation required if licensure is pending)
- 0-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to gain business insights
- Comfortable working in a primarily remote setting, self-directed and tech-savvy
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a focus on clarity

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in legal clerking or prior attorney roles
- Familiarity with infrastructure and construction industries
- Previous work on a job site, with a General Contractor, or in a legal department
