What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of relevant industry and proven leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in visual communication design, advertising, or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of digital display, video, and paid social
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and current design trends
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in website development and UX/UI design, including WCAG and ADA requirements
- Familiarity with digital and prototyping tools like Figma
- Proven ability to mentor and inspire teams in a creative environment
