What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish design guidelines and review team outputs to ensure high-quality design and strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide expert-level creative solutions informed by customer understanding
- Plan, execute, and deliver a variety of design solutions for marketing assets, including reports, case studies, and digital signage
- Manage project queues and ensure speed, flexibility, and quality in ongoing projects
- Contribute to the evolution of the company's brand expression and visual identity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing design (print and digital)
- Minimum of 2 years of in-house experience
- 2+ years of remote work experience in a team dispersed across international time zones
- 2+ years of experience leading a creative team, providing feedback, and upholding design standards
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in typography, layout, and image-making

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Developed skills in data visualization, motion graphics, illustration, or icon design
