What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and supervise a creative team in the development of marketing campaigns and designs
- Direct the creation of print catalogs and other marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with various departments, including Performance Marketing and E-Commerce, to meet campaign objectives
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
- Evaluate team performance and implement improvements to enhance creative output
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant agency experience in graphic design or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles
- Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and expertise in print production and design
