Collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Design Program to gather requirements for new art content initiatives across the company.
Assist in tracking allocations and schedules for art and production design initiatives for digital and print products.
Articulate the needs between product teams and the art content team in order to successfully deliver on art and design initiatives.
Track stakeholder feedback and determine action items for art content team
Assist in maintaining the backlog of initiatives.
Assist with creation and maintenance of process, pipeline, and asset documentation
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferably in business, management, communications, graphic arts, design, illustration, or related field
0-1 years of experience in a digital media production role
Working knowledge of spreadsheets
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on file formats produced in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AfterEffects
Familiarity with Figma
Ability to handle several assignments at the same time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills

Job Description:
Amplify’s creative team is a group of designers, artists, and storytellers. We sketch, we write, we push pixels, we also love paper. We live for the big ideas, and we sweat the details. We work on digital, print, environmental, interactive, and animation projects. We have a strong hands-on and highly collaborative
approach to both product development and graphic design systems and ensure ideas are realized to the highest standards of execution. Artists and designers at Amplify create beautiful and meaningful experiences that delight our young learners and their teachers, inside and outside of the classroom.
As a member of Amplify’s centralized art content team, you will partner with Associate Director, Design Program, to manage illustration, animation and production design projects for Literacy, Math and Science suites, as well as help maintain a shared assets library. In short, you will help with organizational logistics so that the creatives can focus on the art. Together, you will achieve timely delivery of high quality art content. You will assist in collaborations with product owners on scope and budget for new initiatives, assist in creating project schedules, facilitate meetings, manage documentation and assist with all stages of content creation, from pre-planning to final file delivery. A successful candidate will be familiar with digital file types, have an understanding of various design softwares used to create visual and animated assets, and have some experience with print production file types. A successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to juggle several ongoing assignments. This position will require great attention to detail and a love of spreadsheets! Big plus for having an art-related background or a college degree in the areas of graphic design, illustration, animation, fine art or art history.
