      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary communication point for customers, referral sources, and clinicians to facilitate the ordering and delivery of home medical equipment products and services
      - Educate customers on a diverse range of home medical equipment products and provide basic technical support
      - Recommend medically appropriate and cost-effective home medical equipment to meet customers' needs
      - Collaborate within a team environment to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
      - Support the overall mission of improving the comfort and quality of life for individuals recovering from illness or living with disabilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; 2 years preferred
      - Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm in the office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
      - Certification in Medical Terminology and Medical Coding upon hire
      - 1 year of experience in a patient-facing healthcare environment or in insurance registration or billing
